Eden Villa is in a quiet part of Rawai, in southern Phuket. Rawai Beach and the seafood market are around ten minutes away by car. A car or scooter is recommended for getting around.
Phuket Direct’s local team welcomes you at check-in and is available throughout your stay.

What is included in the stay?
Exclusive use of the villa, private pool and gardens. Housekeeping is provided every three days, including towel replacement. Bed linen is changed every seven days. The local team is available for support 24 hours a day.
Are there any additional charges?
Electricity is charged separately at 6 THB per unit, based on meter readings. Optional services, including massages, transfers and additional cleaning, cost extra. Check your chosen listing for the refundable security deposit, how to pay it and the current booking terms.
What should families know about the pool?
The private pool is deep. Children need constant adult supervision around the water.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-out is by 11am. Check your listing for arrival times and give the local team at least one hour’s notice of your arrival.
